In addition to managing Bill.com's user experience efforts across all channels, I was also the company's Mobile Product Lead, responsible for developing and executing its mobile strategy. As part of this effort, I initially led the vendor selection process for implementing Bill.com's native apps for iOS and Android, which resulted in a partnership with one of Bay Area's top mobile developers, Y Media Labs. Shortly thereafter, we launched the company's first native mobile apps which have been adopted by the vast majority of businesses using Bill.com and are in active development since 2014. 
Mobile has made significant contributions to the business, as evident in higher customer retention, satisfaction (as measured via NPS), and overall lifetime value. In addition, both iOS and Android apps have received numerous industry awards.
