As Head of Product Design at Bill.com, I helped the organization develop a design thinking mindset for its core product development process. With increasing investment in product design year over year, I built a high-performing team of 10+ full-time employees and contractors who helped re-imagine Bill.com's customer experience from the ground up. With a strong focus on user research and a new design process in place, we created a new product design system (called NEO), that has consistently scored very high in usability studies and has been shown to outperform the competition, thus creating a significant competitive advantage for Bill.com. Moreover, this new product design system served as the backbone for another core Bill.com product offering for banks, called Bill.com Connect, that has received raving design reviews from prospective partners and has helped secure high-impact business deals with top-tier financial institutions in the US.
